1. Program Description

Canary Wellness by Canary Speech ("Canary Wellness," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program that delivers wellness check-in invitations, appointment reminders, and account notifications to employees enrolled through their employer's wellness portal.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in page, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Canary Wellness at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of employment or of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your employer's configured wellness schedule. You may receive messages for wellness check-ins, appointment reminders, assessment links, and account notifications. Typically, you can expect between 2 and 10 messages per month, though this may vary.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Canary Wellness does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from Canary Wellness to opt out and stop receiving SMS messages.

You will receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out. You may also contact your employer's benefits administrator or email support@canaryspeech.com to opt out.

7. Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in consent are stored securely and used solely for the purposes described in this program. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and an authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll this number.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via SMS.
